JPJ Audio P/L is the entity after the 2010 merger of two of Australasia’s leading touring audio suppliers; Jands Production Services Pty Limited (JPS) and Johnston Audio Services (JAS). As one company they now have a monopoly on the concert tours in Australia.

Johnston Audio Services is now JPJ Audio while JANDS remains the same.
When you call Johnston Audio from now on expect to hear JPJ Audio greeting. When you call Jands Production Services you won't hear this same greeting. Something tells me the name change is a precursor to Jands Production Services Melbourne!

I called Johnstons today and was a little confused to hear the JPJ audio greeting. Does this mean the Johnston service is going to go the way of JANDS. I toured with a very big band earlier this year used Johnstons in Melbourne and JANDS in Sydney. Oh what a difference in customer service. JANDS give you nothing. Johsntons will try there best to egt you what you want and deliver! Hopefully Melbourne Jands wont be Sydney Jands.
